atlas analyze
Scan the project and write JSON analysis output.
atlas analyze [root] [options]Overview
Runs the AST pipeline and writes the structured analysis to the output directory: assets, usage, graph, dead code, architecture, the npm dependency inventory and the static-asset report. Use it in CI, to diff results over time, or to feed other tools — nothing is served and nothing opens.
This is the only command that writes into your repo. See Analysis outputs for every file it produces.
Options

-o, --out-dir <dir> | .atlas | Directory for analysis output and cache. |
--no-cache | Disable the incremental cache and analyze every file fresh. |
